FORCED ANTHRAX SHOTS MUST CEASE
SAYS FEDERAL JUDGE IN MONUMENTAL
RULING – HUGE VICTORY FOR US – WE
FIRST EXPOSED THE $CAM IN OUR NEWS
STORY “GREED AND GUINEA PIGS” –
A WONDERFUL “CHRISTMAS PRESENT”
FOR ALL WHO FOUGHT TO REACH THIS
GOAL – GOD BLESS JUDGE SULLIVAN
How sweet it is! U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan deserves the heartfelt thanks of all our service members who, until Dec. 22, were faced with the horrific “choice” of submitting to forced, so-called “Anthrax shots” (which medical experts say can cripple and sometimes kill) or face court-martial and prison.
MilitaryCorruption.com helped lead the charge against this draconian policy from our inception on July 4, 2000. Our landmark investigative article – “GREED AND GUINEA PIGS” – exposed how this $CAM was hatched by former Navy Admiral William Crowe, President Bill “I loathe the military” Clinton, and his weak-kneed Secretary of Defense, William Cohen.
Untold misery and suffering has stemmed from this misguided and criminal program. Many military careers have been destroyed. Lives have been lost and other service members have been crippled for life. All in the name of big profits for the sole manufacturer of the controversial “vaccine” – Bioport of Lansing, Michigan.
That company just so happens to be owned, in part, by the greedy Crowe, who “endorsed” draft-dodger Clinton in the 1992 election campaign and was “rewarded” for betrayal of his fellow Republicans with appointment as Ambassador to Great Britain.
A “PROVISION” THAT SPELLS “POLITICAL SUICIDE”
It is true that Judge Sullivan’s ruling contains the provision that our nation’s men and women in uniform can still be forced to take the anthrax shots against their will, if President George Bush “signs a special order.”
But as indifferent as Bush has been to other veterans and active-duty military needs – his Administration fought to keep in effect the discriminatory and unfair Concurrent Receipt Law (whereby disabled vets forfeit one dollar in benefits for every dollar due them in retirement pension) – we can’t imagine Bush risking the FIRESTORM of protest and lost votes that would result from him “over-ruling” Judge Sullivan and taking away a tremendous victory won by so many who fought hard and long for final justice.
“Absent an informed consent or presidential waiver,” Judge Sullivan wrote, “the United States cannot demand that members of the armed forces also serve as guinea pigs for experimental drugs.”
The justice based his decision upon a 1998 law prohibiting the use of certain experimental injections unless people being given the drug, consent.
God bless Judge Sullivan! This is the greatest “Christmas present” he could ever give our military! He deserves the thanks and respect of millions of Americans who prayed for this day and it’s momentous decision in favor of freedom and our Constitutional rights.
FIVE YEARS OF FEAR AND MISERY
The forced shots were first imposed in 1998, and since then, several thousand military members have been jailed or kicked out of the service for refusing to expose themselves and their families to these “experimental” injections.
Many millions of dollars in “sweetheart contracts” flowed from the Pentagon to Bioport over the past five years. Voters who thought the program would be curtailed under a new Republican administration once Clinton left office, were shocked and disappointed when Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld refused to lift a hand to stop the cruel and destructive practice.
Pentagon “spin-doctors” tried to perpetrate the falsehood that “morale would be damaged” if the forced shots were halted. In fact, the opposite is true. And Judge Sullivan recognized that, when he rejected such a specious claim as an excuse to carry on the onerous policy.
REMEMBER THOSE WHO LED US TO THIS VICTORY
At a time like this, at the end of a long, hard road – as we march shoulder-to-shoulder under the arch labeled “VICTORY” – we must remember those who sacrificed so much to bring us to this glorious moment in time.
Render a “salute,” please, to former Air Force Maj. “Sonny” Bates, the first field-grade officer and pilot to risk court-martial and prison over the Anthrax shot policy; courageous USAF Capt. John Buck, the first military physician to say NO to the forced shots; brilliant and articulate retired Air Force Col. Redmond Handy, who sacrificed his career to speak out against the deadly shots; former Air Guard pilots, Maj. “Buzz” Rempfer and Lt. Col. Russ Dingle who led the way from the early days; and Air Force Academy graduate and former F-16 squadron commander, Lt. Col. Tom Heemstra, whose book – ANTHRAX: A DEADLY SHOT IN THE DARK – UNMASKING THE TRUTH BEHIND A HAZARDOUS VACCINE (published by Crystal Communications of Lexington, Ky. - 859 576-9602) – is must reading for all who seek to educate themselves about this dark chapter in our nation’s military history.
There are many civilians in the medical community who fought beside us, as well as fellow journalists on the Internet – WorldNetDaily, FreeRepublic.com, and Newsmax.com to cite just a few – who deserve the thanks of our nation’s armed forces.
MilitaryCorruption.com was relentless in our fight against this terrible policy. We urge our readers to download the many articles we’ve published on this topic from the “related stories” box at the end of this news article.
Let this hard-won triumph send a message – loud and clear
– to those who would get rich off the misery and suffering of our men
and women in the military, that the days of profit and oppression are over.
Their “reward” for committing such evil acts, awaits them in a fiery
