WE NAILED IT! - MILITARYCORRUPTION.COM

We don't mind blowing our own horn a bit when we are proven right. And in the case of the mushrooming Navy scandal involving cash bribes and whores in exchange for inside information on where ships were to dock in Asia, as well as actual movement to specified ports, MilitaryCorruption.com has just seen one of our predictions come true.
All along, we felt that arrested NCIS Supervisory Agent John Belieavu was key to breaking wide open the case of Malaysian businessman "Fat Leonard" (who scammed millions from the U.S. taxpayers by over-charging the Navy for ship port-of-calls at certain locations).
Now we have confirmed with the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Diego that Belieavu will go into court Dec. 17 and plead guilty to two charges that could bring him up to 20 years in prison. That is a much better deal than if he had kept his mouth shut about his key role in the huge scandal that, so far, has ensnared two commanders, two captains and a couple flag officers. Be sure to read the RSB items at bottom of this story.
Those men, VICE ADM Ted "Twig" Branch and REAR ADM Bruce Loveless have already had their access to security materials suspended. The fact they are the top two officers in U.S. Naval Intelligence has shaken the fleet like nothing since the Tailhook investigation more than two decades ago.
"SINGING" LIKE A BIRD
Belieavu knows where all the bodies are buried and is in a position to bring down more high-ranking officers than have already been implicated in this case.
He had better be careful from now on. People have been known to be "suicided" in the past, and some have actually taken their own lives. There is no way that this probe can be wrapped up without a number of Naval Academy graduates going to prison.
Right now, the Pentagon is in "damage-control" mode, and Navy Secretary Ray Mabus doesn't want the stink to reach him, or worse yet, the commander-in-chief. BAM isn't involved in this scheme, but his poor choice of who runs the Navy and why he was asleep at the switch while all this was going on, could come with a heavy political price.
In an e-mail in April from Agent Belieavu to "Fat Leonard" he ominously wrote: "I can either be your best friend, or worst enemy."
Now we know what choice he has made.
