AIR FORCE JAG OFFICER
Of all people to be charged with having sex with more than two dozen women – enlisted members, officers, and civilians – it shocked even jaded observers of Air Force “hypocrisy” and “DIFFERENT SPANKS FOR DIFFERENT RANKS,” that the man accused – and MilitaryCorruption.com’s sources reveal he was plenty guilty of such crimes – was chief legal officer himself, Maj. Gen. Thomas J. Fiscus.
But it wasn’t any surprise that this balding, bespectacled, two-faced, phony would get off easy – that his fellow brass hats (and Gen. Donald G. Cook has his own ethical problems) – would find a way for Fiscus to escape any real “punishment” for his egregious conduct.
If anyone got a nice present from “Santa” this year, it was the general. And if anyone got the shaft, it’s all those “lower-rankers” who lost their pensions – and, in some cases, their freedom (being sent to the DB) – all on “Tommy-Boy’s” watch as top legal officer of the U.S. Air Force.
On behalf of all those victims of the general’s corrupt reign, we ask U.S. Sen. John McCain of Arizona to investigate why this flag officer in the U.S. military is immune to the same rules and responsibilities that govern the rest of our armed forces?
NOT ALL THE WOMEN WERE “INNOCENT VIRGINS”
When is the politically-correct military brass going to start meting out justice in equal portions, not according to gender? Why is it that females who knowingly and willingly engage in sexual relations with those who can help them, routinely get off with no punishment, while the male offender usually gets “the book” thrown at him?
We know that one of the general’s favorite “girlfriends,” a “fast-burner” and particularly arrogant and obnoxious female major, profited greatly from her affair with the dork-like legal eagle. Shouldn’t she bear some responsibility for engaging in adultery? Fiscus is married. Or is lame-duck Air Force Secretary James “Bullfrog” Roche, disgraced in the Boeing contract scandal, too timid to anger the feminists?
Not all of the “victims” of Fiscus’ lust are “innocent virgins.” Some are scheming climbers, willing to trade sexual favors for all the goodies that a powerful general can deliver.
They should be busted as well, and have to give back the promotions and “bennies” that their criminal conduct netted them. But don’t hold your breath waiting for that type of “equality” to come about. Gotta be politically-correct, you know!
We hear that Fiscus had a “thing” for good-looking, foxy Air Force Academy graduates.
In fact, our sources in Florida are now researching the names of his 26 sex partners to see if one of them is a certain aging but still attractive “blonde” at Hurlburt Field, who bears an uncanny resemblance to a young, female “celebrity” whose picture pops up with regularity in the supermarket tabloids.
UNEQUAL “JUSTICE” IN THIS CASE
The Fiscus “wrist-slap” is particularly offensive when we recall a highly-decorated helicopter pilot who worked in Special Operations at Hurlburt Field.
This much-respected colonel was railroaded and sent to the Leavenworth DB for making a “false official statement” and having an “inappropriate” relationship with a female civilian at the Florida air base.
It wasn’t even “adultery” – as it was 26 times with the bespectacled owl. No “favors” were given (as in the case of Fiscus) in exchange for sex. No field-grade female strutted around as the general’s top mistress, intimidating everyone in her greedy and ruthless career path.
The hero pilot is out of prison at the moment and fighting hard for the justice he has so long been denied.
Perhaps the vast contrast in “punishment” between Fiscus and the flyer will eventually mitigate in the colonel’s favor.
We certainly hope so.
[EDITOR’S NOTE: IMPORTANT – Would former USAF Brig. Gen. LYLE KOENIG, or anyone knowing how to reach him at his present location, please ask him to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible? Tell him it will be “well worthwhile” for him if he does. Very much so. Thank you.]
