FEDERAL APPEALS COURT ORDERS NEW

Two years after a "moon-bat" federal judge (appointed by Bill Clinton) gave a cruel Army couple a slap-on-the wrist for beating and torturing foster children at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey, an appeals court has admonished 75 year-old Katherine Hayden for judicial "errors" and ordered a new sentencing in the case.
The ruling called the crotchety judge's actions "substantially unreasonable." MAJ John Jackson got "probation" and a small fine. His wife Carolyn received only 24 months in jail. Prosecutors were aghast, as they had pleaded with the judge to put the pious couple behind bars for nearly 20 years.
Please be sure to read our related story below to get the whole picture on how outrageous a "slap-on-the-wrist" sentence MAJ Jackson and his monstrous wife received for the heinous crimes they committed.
During the trial in 2015, even hardened reporters wept to hear of the hell that three foster kids endured in the Jackson home. From severe beatings, youngsters' broken bones, being deprived of food or water - the victims all suffered from malnutrition - and being forced to eat hot chili peppers as punishment, the then-Army major and his wife ran a house from hell.
ONE VICTIM DIED OF "NATURAL CAUSES" - NOT
One of the three foster children died during the abuse, but some half-assed coroner in Essex County, N.J. ruled the youngster died of "natural causes." Yeah, right. That saved the "Idi Amin lookalike" and his fat spouse from having to face a murder rap.
The Jacksons never touched their three biological children. Only the foster ones were beaten and bullied. It got so bad, that a prosecution witness against his parents was one of the biological kids, who expressed regret at not going to the police about the horrors that he witnessed.
Thank God one of the foster children got the ear of a sympathetic neighbor and the kids were removed from the residence in 2010. Investigators shuddered at the thought they could have ended up dead, as their foster sibling did.
John Jackson, thankfully, is out of the Army with an "other-than-honorable" discharge. Is there some way he and his wife can legally be removed from the human race? That is if they ever belonged in the first place.
