A BIG WIN FOR JUSTICE - COURT OF APPEALS FOR
© 2017 MilitaryCorruption.com
In a hugely significant 3-to-2 vote decision, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces has ruled that an Air Force enlisted man, Rodney Boyce, convicted of rape and sexual assault, have his four-year prison sentence set aside. The reason: "unlawful command influence."
The former NCO is out of the service and now a free man thanks to the expert legal efforts of James Trieschmann, a former Army JAG who quit the military after 10 years active duty in order to do something honorable "for the troops."
"Blatant unlawful command influence was exerted by the highest levels of the Air Force in this case," Trieschmann said, in an exclusive interview with MilitaryCorruption.com. "I am grateful the Court of Appeals recognized the problem and correctly addressed the wrong by dismissing the charges against my client."
Convening authority in Boyce's case was now-retired Lt. Gen. Craig A. Franklin, former commander of the Third Air Force. If that name rings a bell with you faithful Air Force readers, he was the C.A. in the Lt. Col. James Wilkerson dust-up (see Related Stories Box below) of a few years ago.
THREATENED BY DEBORAH LEE James
Franklin over-turned a sexual assault court-martial conviction against Wilkerson and the resulting firestorm of protest from the media and fierce feminists within and without the Air Force put the general in a very uncomfortable political position.
In an affidavit Trieschmann used in his successful appeal, Franklin swears under oath that he was threatened by ball-busting Democrat hack, then-Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James. He claimed she wanted him to immediately put in for retirement or be fired. Frankln filed his separation papers in short order. He accepted the "offer he couldn't refuse." Who said the Air Force doesn't operate - at times - like the Mafia?
But it was as clear as the nose on your face that the general - so supportive of Wilkerson - didn't afford the same degree of justice for low-ranking enlisted man Boyce. Franklin signed off on the airman's rape conviction without a murmur..
[EDITOR'S NOTE: -- MilitaryCorruption.com is opening an investigation into a particularly abrasive and super-aggressive military judge, Navy CAPT Bethany Payton-O'Brien. We have received complaints about her zealousness in punishing men for years, and are working on an exposé of her alleged misconduct in a case where family survivors say she drove a distinguished and much-beloved Navy medical officer, CAPT Ray Olafson, to prison and then an early grave.
"She's a cold-blooded, evil bitch," widow Marcia Olafson tells us. What her daughter, Amber, a so-called "victim" browbeaten by the super-lawyer in the past has to say about Payton-O'Brien, is almost too much for us to print. "Please expose her for what she is," pleaded CAPT Olafson's widow. "Her cruelty to my husband and the harm she did to my family needs to be known."
If any of our readers have any INTEL on Payton-O'Brien that you think we shuld know, or if you've been harmed or abused by her in the past, Please contact us at once. Thank you.]
