A Navy three-striper who got the hots for a subordinate female sailor after plenty of drinks in a San Diego bar is in big trouble today.

CMDR John Neuhart is alleged to have come on strong to the unidentified woman after she invited him to her home. The “victim’s” loud screams alerted neighbors at 0300 hours Sept. 12, and they called the cops.

The now-relieved commander of a Guam-based helicopter outfit, was seen high-tailing it through the woman’s backyard and was apprehended a short time later, cowering in a nearby canyon. He offered no resistance, an San Diego Police Department (SDPD) spokesperson said,

WHAT REALLY TOOK PLACE?

Few details are available at press time. Keep watching MilitaryCorruption.com for the latest news on this case. Neuhart’s arraignment date is scheduled for September 19 in San Diego.

The 16-year Navy veteran is currently free on $100,000 bail. Efforts by us to contact the commander’s civilian lawyer were unsuccessful.

Patrons at the bar said the couple seemed in animated conversation for quite a long time. Reports that the officer and his drinking partner already knew each other could not be confirmed. We will have to wait until the arraignment for more information to emerge.
