An intelligence officer in Naval Expeditionary Combat Command at the Navy's Amphibious Base Little Creek, Va., the 37 year-old pervert was nabbed when a fellow officer got suspicious of his activities while both were on active duty in Qatar. That sharp-eyed individual tipped off the authorities and an investigation was launched.
