“SERIAL” PODCAST MAY HAVE BACKFIRED ON BOWE BERGDAHL

Beaudry Robert "Bowe" Bergdahl, U.S. Army

“SERIAL” PODCAST MAY HAVE BACKFIRED ON
BOWE BERGDAHL – BUT RAMBLINGS ABOUT HIM
WANTING TO BE “JASON BOURNE” COULD BE
LAYING GROUNDWORK FOR “CRAZY” DEFENSE
IF THAT DOESN’T WORK, DESERTER’S PAL IN
THE WHITE HOUSE COULD STILL “PARDON” HIM

Bowe Bergdahl and his defense lawyer Eugene Fidell could be “crazy” – crazy like a fox.

The bizarre ramblings of America’s most infamous deserter have been featured recently on the popular podcast “Serial.” While some observers feel such tactics could hurt the sad sack sergeant, now that the Army has announced intention to court-martial him, cynics say this is a clever trick to portray Bergdahl as a nutcase.

Day-dreaming he’s another “Jason Bourne,” is designed to make us think that Bergdahl is looney-tunes. “He’s suffered enough,” wail the leftists, but from the looks of the sensational (and confirmed authentic) photo we have run that shows Bowe with a Taliban buddy, things couldn’t have been all that tough.

BAM’S LEGACY AND A PRESIDENTIAL PARDON

If a jury bought into that narrative, Bowe might just walk free, and, once out of the military, cash in on his crime to make millions. He’s already had a sit-down with a Hollywood movie producer, and we all know the book deals are right around the corner.

Bergdahl’s ace in the hole is, of course, Barack Hussein Obama. Our “commander-in-chief” and failed president has the power of the pardon.

It’s hard to believe, with all BAM has invested in the trade of five Taliban killers for this dirt-bag, that he would make sure his legacy is not besmirched further by leaving office with Bowe behind bars.

[EDITOR’S NOTE: — Let’s say we’re a year down the road, a new president is going to the White House, and Bergdahl is laughing all the way to the bank. Why not Congress pass a law that convicted deserters in wartime cannot profit from their cowardly actions? How about any monies accumulated from book deals, TV movies and the like, be divided among the families of those six American soldiers who died looking for this deserter? What do you think, dear reader? Let us know.]
