Now the waiting begins.
The two-day Article 32 hearing at Fort McNair to decide if a senior NGB officer will face court-martial for assault, adultery, and conduct unbecoming an officer, has concluded. A decision on whether to dismiss the charges or proceed to trial, must be made no later than Nov. 25th.

Sources tell MilitaryCorruption.com the “victim” learned of the colonel’s medical status only after a health care worker telephoned her to say she had been put at risk.

A HEAVY PENALTY POSSIBLE
The Green Beret colonel, deputy director of Strategic Plans and Policy at National Guard Bureau, could get up to 15 years in prison if convicted. He would also be dismissed from the service and forfeit all pay and allowances.
Pounding’s innocent wife and children stand to be hurt the most in all this.
Even in a “best case scenario” for the lover-boy 0-6, he would be reduced in rank and forced out of the Army. That is, if he got to keep any pension at all.
What if a low-ranking enlisted man or junior NCO was in the same situation? He’d be busted and out the door in about one-second.
