"NOT GUILTY" ON RAPE CHARGE - NAVY SEAL GETS
© 2017 MilitaryCorruption.com
It isn't often we get to cheer a decision made by a military judge. Most of the time, they just bend to command influence and political pressure. But not in the case of CDR Heather Partridge. She has shown she's not afraid of risking her career and incurring the displeasure and wrath of the feminists who wanted to send a Navy SEAL to prison for the rest of his life.
Chief Petty Officer Stephen Varanko deserved punishment for violating the UCMJ and cheating on his wife with a wacked-out female sailor who sent him a video pledging "undying love" two weeks after the SEAL allegedly raped her.
The career Navy man was busted back to P.O. 1st Class and will serve 89 days in the Chesapeake Brig. The alternative was being kicked out of the Navy and spending the rest of his life behind bars at the Disciplinary Barracks in Leavenworth.
FALSE ACCUSER NEEDS PUNISHMENT, TOO
Our only disappointment is that chances are the accuser, who in the opinion of the female military judge made a false official statement as to the so-called "rape," will escape any punitive action herself. It was obvious from the start that the disturbed "victim" was hell bent on getting revenge.
The fact that the female sailor actively pursued Chief Varanko, even though she knew the man was married, undercut her specious claim he was a brutal rapist and really bad guy.
Thank God, for once, a military member received just punishment that fit the crime and that
MilitaryCorruption.com salutes Heather Partridge and hopes she will not suffer career repercussons after grandstanding Sen. Guilibrand and her gang froth at the mouth over one accused male escaping an undeserved and bitter fate.
