HERE WE GO AGAIN: Recently, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel released a report of their investigation, confirming that Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro violated the Hatch Act while on official government business in January 2024. Del Toro admitted to violating the law.
For those who do not know, the Hatch Act prohibits U.S. officials from “using their official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the results of an election.”
It’s kinda like the civilian version of “unlawful-command-influence” in the military. The difference is the civilian uses his/her authority to influence voters, in the military, the admiral or general uses his/her influence to pressure the jury of a court martial to get the maximum punishment for the accused.
Violating the Hatch Act can (and should) lead to removal from federal service, debarment from federal service for a period not to exceed five years, suspension, or a civil penalty of up to $1000. That’s a joke. the fine should be in the neighborhood of 20 – 50 thousand dollars, not a pathetic thousand bucks.
As MilitaryCorruption.com has reported countless times in the past, we have used the term ‘different spanks for different ranks.’ This is just another case in a long list of examples of the selective enforcement of violations, depending on your rank and/or political associations.
America is no longer a nation of laws especially for the protected class, those snooty bastards in government jobs who hold themselves above the law.
It’s vitally important that people become more proactive and voice their displeasure to challenge chronic crap like this.
The general public and all members of the Navy and their families and friends should spend a few minutes contacting their their respective legislative representatives demanding the immediate resignation of Secretary Del Toro.
Sadly, we are so sick and tired of the corruption and feel powerless to do anything about it, that few people will initiate any effort at all to voice their anger or displeasure about the antics of a rogue Navy Secretary. That’s why few people will heed the call for action no matter who begs them to get involved.
Americans are just numb from
the massive corruption in the United States government.
Americans have become anesthetized by the callous indifference that our elected representatives chronically exhibit every day of the week. We’ve become detached and frozen to the point of paralysis. We are no longer stupefied by such disregard of the law. All we can feel is deep sadness and shame by the way our government is being run.
Folks, if you have any energy left to fight, please God go out to vote for major change. America is at the crossroads. Now is no time to sit by and do nothing.
NEWS NOTE: AMERICANS HAVE AWAKENED AND APPARENTLY WANT COMMON SENSE BACK. DONALD TRUMP IS NOW PRESIDENT ELECT. We pray he goes in an cleans out the Pentagon. We won’t hold our breath, but we do pray that he does. He can start with getting a much better Navy Secretary.
MilitaryCorruption.com is currently working on a blockbuster story that will further expose the selective manner in which investigations are either handled correctly or are ignored for special reasons. This also involves the Office of the Navy Secretary that will further expose the cesspool of selective enforcement and the coddling and protection of certain individuals.
If a junior officer or enlisted man or woman made similar statements in the public forum as Secretary Del Toro, he or she would at the minimum, be separated from the Navy with a less than Honorable discharge. Del Toro, on the other hand, is no doubt praised for his “courage” in coming forward and telling the truth. Give us a freeking break.
Why did Secretary Del Toro get a pass on his violations of law?
There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that our military and our nation has two tiers of justice… actually, that’s one level of justice for the peasants and no justice for the upper echelons.
For those thousands of Pentagon personnel who view this page daily, it is time to speak up and demand that Secretary Del Toro is replaced with someone who won’t violate federal law and who can exercise at least a modicum amount of ethics, integrity, and common sense. Strike that, no need now… Trump is likely to take care of the problem.

IMPORTANT: If anyone referred to in this article (especially our Navy Secretary) feels they have been wrongfully characterized or maligned in any way whatsoever, we want to hear from you. We have no interest in publishing anything untruthful or misleading.
Our mission has been clear from the beginning, we only want to “Fight for the Truth and Expose the Corrupt.” We do this in the hope that we can fix what is broken. Frequently, truth is elusive. We do our best to vet people, but we don’t have the badges, guns and subpoena power the military has to find the truth.
Sadly, the military tends to use their police power to suppress the truth in order to deceive Congress and the American people.
We therefore, rely on our readers to contact us to set the record straight. With your help, we can find the truth and make our military strong and credible. We believe in “Peace Through Strength,” but we only get our strength from our integrity.
If you are on active duty in the United States military and desire to blow the whistle on malfeasance, we caution you. It’s highly recommended that you to first get out of the service before you become a whistleblower. Use your time in the service to gather evidence of the corruption you wish to report. Evidence could be photos, documents, video, etc.
Remember, the entire military judicial system is designed to favor the government. Brass hats will not hesitate to manipulate the judicial system they control to neutralize and ruin you.
If you have not broken any law or regulation, they tend to fall back on their administrative powers which Congress handed to them in order to destroy you. If you are smart, you will be quiet as a church mouse while on active duty, then contact us the moment you have received your DD-214.
That’s right, we are telling you the smart play is to go-along-to-get-along until you are completely separated from the service.
If you feel the corruption is so severe and needs to be addressed immediately, we are listening and guarantee confidentiality. But for God sakes, don’t give us any information that can lead back to you. We know from decades of experience just how vindictive the military can get.
Keep the faith and know that we are doing our best to protect our military members who just want the system to work correctly.
