A large majority of this nation’s veterans and active duty members are opposed to a slap-on-the-wrist for Army deserter SGT Bowe Bergdahl. The polls support that. But that sentiment won’t matter if Hillary Clinton is elected President on Nov.8th.
“The fix is in,” a highly-placed Pentagon source told a MilitaryCorruption.com reporter. The senior officer, who said he would be purged if his identity were known, reports the-much reviled soldier will escape punishment under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) if Clinton becomes commander-in-chief.
“That’s why the delay until after the election,” the colonel said. “Even with most the media behind her and the Democrats, even President Obama couldn’t pull off a stunt like that at the present time.”
We have been in touch with some of the family members of those GI’s who lost their lives searching for what turned out to be a deserter. They are very concerned Clinton will win, and heartbroken that Bergdahl could skate. They have good reason to be worried.
ANOTHER CHRISTIAN OFFICER TARGETED
Meanwhile, fears that anti-Christian persecution is growing in America at an alarming pace, are well-placed. Yet another military officer who has professed his belief in the Lord Jesus Christ has been targeted by the notorious anti-Christian agitator, Mikey Weinstein.
A graduate of the Air Force Academy, and now, as a civilian lawyer, the sworn-enemy of Christianity everywhere, especially in the armed forces, Weinstein is head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.
In an angry letter to Air Force officials, Mikey demands that Lt. Col. Michael Kersten, commanding officer of the 39th Medical Support Squadron at Incirlick AFB in Turkey, be “punished” for remarks he made about the Son of God.
WILL KERSTEN BE PUNISHED?
“Christ is my guide,” Kersten is quoted as saying. “Jesus teaches us to do all things unto the Lord . . . I believe this is synonymous with integrity first and excellence in all we do.”
What? Get out the rope! He should have said “Allahu Akbar” and grown a beard. The colonel would have been on safer ground to insist on wearing a turban and praying to Mecca three times a day. In this politically-correct time, does anyone think he would be in trouble for that? Why, he would have become a media darling.
Col. John C. Walker is commander of the Incirlick installation. Let’s see if he has the guts to tell (figuratively speaking, of course) Hillary pal and supporter Weinstein to “go to hell,” a place where we guess he will someday end up.
