Over the years, we have received a steady increase in email submissions, but recently, MC.com has experienced a surge in communications, comments and new cases. As such, we have established a separate email address for new case submissions.
This will better serve our readers. People with cases they want us to review now have a new dedicated email address to make their submissions directly to our staff investigators. We also believe this new dedicated email address will shorten the response time for us to get back to each person.
Sadly, the Pentagon has a nasty habit of retaliating against those who are trying to get things to run right, or applying laws and ethical norms equally to all members of the armed forces.
One would think that our military leaders would want accountability for all military members, but somehow accountability only seems to apply to enlisted and junior officers. The policy of “different spanks for different ranks” doesn’t sit well with MilitaryCorruption.com. Allowing a flag-ranking officer to retire to avoid prosecution is totally unacceptable.
If you are on active duty, we recommend waiting until you leave the service before contacting us. Remember, the military doesn’t need evidence to convict anyone of anything. The can and frequently do horrific things to people and there is virtually nothing we can do unless you just won the PowerBall Jackpot. Even then, it’s an uphill climb to correct a military injustice.

This also applies to service members who may be facing charges in a civilian court if there is some connection to the military.
Unfortunately, in today’s current social media and media craze, there are military prosecutors and others in the chain of command who exploit the system for their own personal, political, or ideological benefit.
The concept of a fair and unbiased military criminal or administrative investigation, or court martial process has been fading, and a plethora of various committees or boards have complicated the process even more.
If you have violated the UCMJ, and the investigation and trial was conducted fairly and without bias, and you were not horribly over-sentenced, then it is a matter of personal responsibility to accept the findings. On the other hand, if there has been some ideological motive or some level of incompetence or official misconduct, then MC.com will assist where we can.
MC.com has been very active, submitting complaints to various components to the Department of War (previously the Department of Defense), as well as Freedom of Information Act requests.
In March of 2026, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth called on the joint forces service secretaries to work through their general counsels to conduct a review of the War Department’s assorted legal support functions and operations. Secretary Hegseth stated that over the past 20 years, the military legal system has grown bloated and duplicative.
MC.com is hopeful that a revised military justice system will bring back a level of fairness and sanity to this system. We are not as hopeful as we want to be. The military is more concerned about keeping control than the fair application of justice. And, Congress who is supposed to be overseers of the military will look the other way, unless of course, it’s one of their relatives who is being wrongfully court martialed.
It goes without saying that if some admiral or general violates the law, their misconduct could adversely affect control (what they call, “good order and discipline”). The rank and file of the military, or the civilians who are paying for the military will begin to distrust flag-ranking officers.
Exposure of misconduct by flag-ranking officers would in an of itself be “service discrediting.” That’s why the military has embraced the unwritten policy of, “Different Spanks for Different Ranks.”
Ask yourself, when was the last time an admiral or general was sent to the military prison at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas?

We can just let the evil bastards do what they want, or we can fight back. MilitaryCorruption.com has chosen to fight back by exposing misconduct by any service member, but especially senior-ranking officers.
If you have the courage to come forward, we will expose misconduct to hopefully correct a problem that is maybe a chronic problem. With any luck, those in the Pentagon who actually believe in the rule of law, will introduce corrective action that embraces the fair and equal application of the law REGARDLESS OF RANK.
