BERGDAHL WITH TALIBANThree cheers for Military Judge Jeffrey Nance for slapping down the latest effort by Bo Bergdahl’s legal team to get the alleged deserter off the hook for his crimes against his fellow soldiers in Afghanistan.

Left-wing lawyer Eugene Fidell tried to get COL Nance to dismiss a charge of “misbehavior before the enemy” that could have gotten the dirt bag “sergeant” life in prison if convicted at his up-coming court-martial.  But the judge was having none of it and denied the motion.

“There is no way” Bergdahl “couldn’t have known that what he was doing was criminal conduct,” Nance wrote in his devastating decision.  Devastating to Fidell, because he no longer has a sympathetic “commander-in-chief” in the White House that might issue a pardon and keep Bo out of the big house in Kansas.

It must have struck fear into Bergdal’s cowardly heart when he realized Hussein had more political benefit by letting “Chelsea” Manning out of jail than issuing a free pass to him, one of the most infamous deserters in recent Army history.  Where’s Obama stooge spokesperson Susan Rice now, when you need her, Bo?  Remember the lies she told on national television – that you served with “honor and distinction?”  LOL!

A PICTURE CAN BE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS

We ask our readers to check out the photo with our story showing Bergdahl couldn’t have had it too bad during his five year “captivity” with the Taliban.  The bearded one with his arm around Bo’s shoulder may have been one of those Afghan men who regularly engage in sodomy with young boys.  Maybe SGT Bergdahl’s medical examination records should be looked at by the prosecution to see if he was the “victim” of buggery.

The stakes are very high indeed.  If somehow Bergdahl escapes punishment for walking off his post in a combat zone, resulting in – some say – the deaths of at least six American soldiers sent to look for him as if he had been “captured” by the enemy, then discipline in the ranks will be seriously affected.

While the liberal media will try and use President Donald Trump’s harsh rhetoric against “traitor” Bergdahl during the 2016 election campaign to get the weird enlisted man out from under the DB, we are hoping the court-martial, scheduled to begin at Fort Bragg on Oct. 23rd, puts a proper end to a disheartening case that has dragged on too long already.
