FRAMED – The Kit Martin Case, Part 3 – Newly Released Video Podcast Series by Mr. Emilio Corsetti Shines a Bright Transparent Light on the Wrongful Conviction and Imprisonment of former Army Major Christian “Kit” Martin.

Beshear got the nomination and ultimately became the 63rd Governor of Kentucky after being sworn in December 2019

A compelling video podcast (released yesterday), by Emilio Corsetti is now available on his website (emiliocorsetti.com) and on YouTube. Mr. Corsetti has been on this case from the very beginning.

Emilio Corsetti (and a secret retired police detective) are two people helping to pull back the curtain of lies exposing how a man can become a stepping stone to get into the governor’s mansion.

Through his excellent series of investigative videos, Corsetti reveals how someone can easily be railroaded right into prison to satisfy the political ambitions of unscrupulous individuals and feed the vindictive thirst of a woman scorned.

Emilio does a truly masterful job explaining a complex case in five video episodes. If you believe in the rule-of-law, take the time to view these episodes concerning the frame-up of Christian “Kit” Martin, a good man held captive behind prison walls for crimes he did not commit.

The video podcast and Emilio’s excellent book provide compelling evidence that Kit Martin is innocent. Martin, formerly an Army major, has now been behind bars for seven (7) years, and make no mistake, Christian Richard “Kit” Martin was imprisoned for crimes he did not commit.

Even though the case is complex with many moving parts, here’s a short list with the high points…

  1. At the time of Kit Martin’s fraudulent indictment in May of 2019, then Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear was in a tight race, attempting to obtain the Democrat party nomination for governor, and he, (or someone acting at his direction), orchestrated and choreographed Kit Martin’s indictment a MERE ELEVEN (11) DAYS PRIOR TO THE PRIMARY ELECTION, an election which Beshear prevailed with one of the lowest margins of victory in Kentucky history. It’s probable that Bashear wanted to be viewed as the law-and-order candidate to break out of the pack and secure the nomination.
  2. Kit Martin was arrested in a public spectacle while in his uniform at the Louisville Airport in full view of hundreds of airport passengers with at least two television camera’s rolling.  Startled passengers were interviewed and many of those interviews were later included in news broadcasts of the arrest.
  3. Unequivocal proof contained in the public record Grand Jury transcript, defense expert reports and testimony revealed that Police Lieutenant Leonard Scott Smith committed multiple acts of perjury and provided other false statements to the Grand Jury.  Essentially, virtually everything that officer Smith testified before the Grand Jury was FALSE.  In any other competent court or jurisdiction in this country, Smith would have been fired, indicted and jailed. The Kit Martin indictment would have been thrown out.
  4. At trial, highly suspected planted evidence and false testimony was allowed into the trial that was incredulous and absurd on it’s face and would have been suppressed in any other competent court, anywhere else in the nation.
  5. Currently, political pundits and commentators have opined that Andy Beshear is priming himself for a presidential run in 2028. Everyone across the country should reject any potential presidential candidacy of Andy Beshear. It’s also recommended that readers take time to review, with a simple Google search of the well-publicized history of scandals, suspicious campaign contributions, and allegations of bribery involving Andy Beshear.

There’s much more to the story. Exculpatory evidence proves that Kit Martin did not commit the crimes he was convicted of and serving time in prison for. Normally, a governor as the chief law enforcement officer of his state, would have ordered a full review of the facts. A prudent governor would immediately take action to ensure that an abomination of justice would be addressed quickly and decisively.

Unfortunately for Kit Martin, the guy who ultimately became governor may be the very person who used him as a springboard to obtain the Democrat nomination that ultimately resulted in Andy Beshear bring elected Governor of the State of Kentucky.

While Governor Andy Beshear is enjoying Brandy and caviar, the guy who unwittingly helped him get the job as governor is locked up for life in a 6′ x 8′ prison cell after being found “guilty” of a triple homicide. Folks, you just can’t make this stuff up!

MilitaryCorruption.com has previously published articles offering proof of official corruption in the investigation which led to the fraudulent indictment of Kit Martin and his subsequent wrongful conviction.

KIT MARTIN, PART 1: https://militarycorruption.com/kit-martin-part-1/

KIT MARTIN, PART2: https://militarycorruption.com/kit-martin-part-2/

The articles, postings, videos, podcasts and the book, entitled, “I WILL RUIN YOU” reveals several important facts that were concealed from the Grand Jury. All of these things combined paints a picture of corruption that must be exposed for all the world to see.

With all these new revelations, there’s still much more to the story of Kit Martin’s wrongful imprisonment. So many people acted under-the-color-of-law to ingratiate themselves with the man they saw as a rising star.

Helping someone become king puts you in the king’s favor. Contributing to his success, could mean a high-paying job in government or a promotion to an even better job for either you or a family member. But putting an innocent man in prison is where the good-old-boy system crosses the line.

There are many people with dirt on their hands in this case, because Kentucky has a very bad habit of embracing nepotism.

Kit Martin didn’t know it, but he was up against a Kentucky mafia. He was never going to be treated fairly. Let this serve as a warning to others as how easily people can be railroaded into prison on a life sentence. Make no mistake, an attorney general can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich.

If you live in a venue where officials have no scruples, no moral compass, no honor or decency, be afraid. Be very afraid. This is true whether someone is subjected to the military judicial system, or find themselves being victimized by the civilian judicial system.

When a military member gets into trouble, people don’t say, “What law did you violate.”  Instead they say, “Who did you piss off.”  That’s because, in the final analysis, in or out of the military, we are NOT a nation of laws, we are a nation of men and women who can pick and choose who they want to destroy.

“Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” is a infamous quote attributed to Lavrentiy Beria, who was the secret police chief for Joseph Stalin in Soviet Russia. This simple sentence is a philosophy, which epitomizes a corrupt justice system that targets individuals for political reasons, then invents or manufactures evidence to secure a conviction.

Given the evidence we have seen, MilitaryCorruption.com fervently believes that Kit Martin is an innocent man who became a patsy to help a political candidate secure the nomination of his Party and put him on a path to become governor.

It’s possible, there are people who are aware of things they haven’t shared with anyone else, information that could help free a man serving a life sentence.

Since a good man is languishing behind bars, low these past seven (7) years, it would be a good time to come forward if you know something. Your name and contact information shall remain confidential. Kit Martin needs your help.
