Cutting to the chase: Major Kit Martin was wrongfully convicted of a triple homicide in Kentucky in June of 2021, and is incarcerated in a Kentucky State Prison.

Candidate for governor Andy Beshear saw an opportunity to break out of the pack by using the Kit Martin case to get elected. What he did was truly reprehensible.

Martin’s conviction was a result of intentional military, political, judicial, prosecutorial, and law enforcement misconduct, incompetence and outright criminal corruption, which demands a complete and full investigation. In other words, the investigators need to be investigated.

There were no fingerprints, eyewitnesses, forensics, and over 100 items were tested for DNA. NONE, WE REPEAT, NONE… implicated Major Kit Martin.

He was wrongfully convicted based on PLANTED EVIDENCE and PERJURED TESTIMONY of numerous prosecution witnesses. But that’s OK in the Banana Republic of Kentucky. Kentuckians were duped by this slick-talking Andy Beshear. They ultimately selected him to be their governor.

While the list of criminally corrupt public individuals involved in the Kit Martin case is extensive, except for the governor we are not going to name names just yet, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Major Kit Martin was set up.

The actual facts of the case reveal that another person (or persons) are the actual perpetrator(s) of the crimes.

There is a mountain of evidence of egregious law enforcement corruption that resulted in the railroading of Major Kit Martin right into prison.

As Air Force Major Clarence Anderson can tell you after serving 5.5 years in an American military gulag, an ex wife can destroy you especially when the military wants to prove to congress they are doing something about women’s rights.

The phrase “hell hath no fury as a woman scorned” is true especially if the military with their corrupt judicial system is providing the fury.

This also happened to Marine Colonel Dan Wilson when he fell victim to a woman’s get-rich-quick scheme.

All she felt she needed to do is to coach her six-year-old child to bear false witness, then after the Marines took their pound(s) of flesh, she tried to sue the military for millions. She was only partly successful. She got the Marines to fall for her life of bullshit, but never got the millions she was counting on.

This is a well written and very detailed true story about the horrific events that led to Major Kit Martin being wrongfully convicted of crimes he did not commit. 

This book goes into great detail that led to Kit Martin being betrayed by the military based solely on false allegations made by his ex bigamist wife. It also shows the lengths the military and the political powers in Kentucky will go through to convict Kit Martin for a triple murder in Pembroke, Kentucky

I believe Kit Martin is innocent and his ex bigamist wife, Joan Harmon, is solely responsible. She threatened to ruin his life and his military career if he divorced her. She told him she knew how to do it and she sure made good on her threats.

Political pressure, prosecutorial misconduct, biased judge, and corrupt law enforcement all conspired to convict this man without a shred of evidence.

It’s hard to comprehend how something like this could happen to one person, but on vindictive ex wife and false accusations can end a man’s life and career. It could happen to any of us.

The supporters of Kit Martin politely ask and pray for a detailed, comprehensive, and unbiased federal criminal corruption investigation. A proper investigation will produce significant evidence that will result in indictments and will support federal criminal convictions. This has to be done and done right now.

It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer, as expressed by the English jurist William Blackstone in his seminal work, “Commentaries on the Laws of England,” published in the 1760s.
