DEAR PRESIDENT TRUMP & SECDEF HEGSETH, DISMISS DOD PERSONNEL WHO DO NOT EMBRACE THE RULE-OF-LAW & PROTECT VICTIMS FROM EVIL ACTORS WHO VIOLATE UNDER COLOR-OF-LAW. PROHIBIT MILITARY LAWFARE. DISCARD OUTDATED MILITARY STRATEGIES. IT’S ALL WAY OVERDUE.

USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) is a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier currently in service with the United States Navy. Commissioned in 1977, the ship is the second of ten Nimitz-class aircraft carriers currently in service, and is the first ship named after the 34th President of the United States

OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP

 Dear Mr. President,

First, thank you for the enormous work you have done in just 63 days. And thank you for the selection of your excellent cabinet members, and especially Elon and his DOGE team. We totally agree that domestic terrorism should be a one-way ticket to El Salvador. That includes all the conspirators, not just the person who lit the fuse.

We are reiterating information from our last article in the hope that someone in the Pentagon will raise the issue of wasting billions on outdated military strategies. As you know sir, national defense inhales 13% of the federal budget, or $872 billion. Allow us to submit a fat-trimming suggestion.

We can vastly reduce our spending on national defense while increasing the military’s lethality, by returning back to the war fighter mentality. As a former naval aviator who spent much of his early life on an aircraft carrier, permit me to suggest a change in strategic thinking.

As we said previously, much of the waste in the military can be found in naval aviation. The “aircraft carrier” is a dinosaur which should have gone extinct a long time ago. Unfortunately, tradition has blinded naval officers, so the budget-busting aircraft carrier lingers on.

Thirty-four (34) years ago, at the beginning of Desert Storm, seven B-52s from Louisiana took off for a bombing raid in Kuwait. The squadron of B-52s flew 35 hours straight and 15,000 miles (there and back) on the longest bombing raid in history.

The point is; America can project power abroad without the use of the archaic aircraft-carrier platform. Aircraft carriers ended up playing a limited role in Desert Storm. Control of the skies over Iraq and Kuwait was mainly an Air Force show.

In addition to the exorbitant cost of maintaining aircraft carriers is their extreme vulnerability. A low-yield nuclear missile that detonates anywhere near an aircraft carrier will instantly destroy its fighting capability along with all her escort ships.

In other words, the entire battle group will be destroyed. Aside from the blast, shockwave and radiation is the fact that all electronics will be instantly destroyed on ships and aircraft from the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) associated with a nuclear detonation.

It doesn’t have to be a direct hit with a nuclear tipped missile, just proximity within a few miles. The aircraft carrier will likely roll over from a Tsunami created by the tremendous pressure of a nuclear blast. An aircraft carrier by design is very top-heavy which exacerbates the problem.

Third-world North Korea could easily annihilate approaching carrier battle groups even with sloppy targeting. Technological advances since WWII have made the aircraft carrier an easy target much in the same way the invention of the airplane made the Japanese battleship Yamato a sitting duck in April 1945.

America has eleven (11) nuclear powered aircraft carriers alone, each carrying 80+ aircraft and 4,500 personnel. It’s breathtaking to tabulate all the money it takes to operate just a single aircraft carrier in maintenance, manpower, fuel, weapons, support ships, aircraft, training of pilots, etc., etc.

The dumping of jet fuel to get down to landing weight is the elephant in the room no one wants to talk about. Billions of gallons of jet fuel have been dumped in the ocean that few Americans are aware of. It’s high time we recognized the horrible waste of precious fuel associated with flying off aircraft carriers.

The aircraft-carrier should have been relegated to the dustbin of history decades ago. As long as we have a 36 Trillion dollar debt, America is broke. We can no longer support outdated and wasteful military programs and continue to support outdated military strategies.

Please don’t get me started about fraud. My chief and I lost our careers exposing payroll fraud in the naval reserves that no one was ever held accountable for. Thank you recognizing how people in the military have been subjected to lawfare.

Thank you for designating Matthew Lohmeier as Under-Secretary of Defense. Thank you also for hiring back IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler. The policy of putting back the sharp people in our government that have been terribly wronged needs to continue. I have a list of names if you’re interested.

MilitaryCorruption.com will continue fighting for the truth and exposing the corrupt. We pray you, your cabinet and Elon Musk continue exposing the fraud, waste and abuse on your end.

To solve the WOKE/DEI cancer in our military and to save billions of additional dollars, thousands more need to be handed their walking papers, especially in our bloated military. We don’t need thousands of flag-ranking officers when it took only about 50 admirals and generals to win WWII with thirteen million Americans in uniform.

If you’re interested in expediting military house-cleaning, consider giving MilitaryCorruption.com an office next to Secretary Hegseth. Together we could do miraculous things to save billions while improving military lethality.

Most Sincerely and Respectfully,
Nelson D. Sloan, Editor-in-Chief

P.S. Sir, we are working diligently on several stories you might find very interesting. The war against corruption continues.
