ARMY SECRETARY CONSPIRES WITH MAJOR GENERAL TO VIOLATE DoD ORDER ON COVID-19 VACCINATIONS – ILLEGALLY ADDED NON-DoD EMPLOYEES TO MANDATORY VACCINATION LIST PRESUMABLY TO INGRATIATE HERSELF WITH THE BOSS.

Co-conspirators: Army Major General Johnny Davis and Army Secretary Christine Wormuth

MG Johnny K. Davis and Sec Christine Wormuth have outdone themselves this time. Secretary Wormuth violated DoD order on COVID-19 vaccination, and decides on her own to add all ROTC cadets.

A retired Army officer caught their hands in the cookie jar and initiated a Congressional inquiry against the Secretary of the Army concerning what he has identified as an unlawful COVID-19 vaccination order for Army ROTC cadets.

Ret. Lt. Col. Brad Striegel discovered the issue after his son, an ROTC cadet at the University of Iowa, was informed by his University of Iowa Army ROTC cadre that cadets need to get a COVID vaccine in order to contract with Army ROTC and receive any ROTC scholarship awards.

Striegel analyzed both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of the Army’s (DA) COVID-19 vaccination orders and discovered Secretary Wormuth exceeded the parameters of the DoD vaccination order by unilaterally deciding to add ROTC cadets to her DA COVID-19 vaccination order.

You see, if the upper echelons of the United States Army don’t agree with a policy or particular regulation, they just ignore it and do whatever the hell they want to.

In a highly detailed 10-page letter to Iowa Congressional members Senators Chuck Grassley, Joni Ernst and Congressional Representative Marianette Miller-Meeks, Striegel succinctly lays out the glaring discrepancies between the DoD and the DA COVID-19 vaccination orders while tearing apart the “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine propaganda narrative advocated by the government and mainstream media.

The DA order on COVID-19 vaccination dated 31 January 2022, states:

“This Directive applies to all Soldiers of the Regular Army and Soldiers of the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States and the U.S. Army Reserve when serving on active duty for more than 30 days, pursuant to Title 10, U.S. Code, and Cadets at the United States Military Academy (USMA) and Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SROTC).”

Striegel points out several problems with the DA order on COVID-19 vaccination. Primarily that the DoD order conflicts with the DA order. The DoD order dated 24 August 2021, “SUBJECT: Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination of Department of Defense Service Members,” does not include ROTC cadets. It states:

“I therefore direct the Secretaries of the military departments to immediately begin full vaccination of all members of the Armed Forces under DoD authority on active duty or in the Ready Reserve, including the National Guard, who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”

The Ready Reserve only consists of the Select Reserve, Inactive Ready Reserve and the Inactive National Guard. Army ROTC Cadets are assigned to the U.S. Army Reserve’s ROTC Control Group and are not Ready Reserve members.

CADETS ARE NOT DoD EMPLOYEES

ROTC Cadets are not DoD employees, they do not receive W-2s and can leave the ROTC program at any time, with penalties, if contracted. An ROTC cadet is also not subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Knowing this, Striegel asks, “…how can the USACC, [U.S. Army Cadet Command] legally mandate an invasive medical procedure like a vaccine requirement?

Army ROTC cadets are traditionally only subject to medical diagnostic procedures, per the Army ROTC contract, DA Form 597-3. That’s because ROTC cadets are not DoD employees. Before COVID-19, Army ROTC didn’t even mandate so much as a flu shot for cadets.

Growing evidence shows the vaccines are not safe, or effective. Healthy athletes are dropping dead as young ages.

COVID-19 vaccines have one of the worst side effect profiles of any vaccine in U.S. vaccine history. Striegel cites the DoD’s own data that shows a spike in injuries after military COVID-19 vaccinations. One of the whistleblowers of this data, an Army flight surgeon, testified in Federal court she was ordered by top brass not to discuss DoD’s vaccine injury data.

Yeah, let’s add several thousand more people to the list, It’ll look good on my resume. Illegal you say? Laws and regulations, those are just guidelines for people like me. Leona Helmsley once said, “taxes are for the little people.” I say, laws and regulations can be manipulated if it makes us look good. I don’t care if the cadets aren’t DoD employees, add their damn names to the list. Then we can proudly say we are “encouraging” people to get the shot….. whether they like it or not!

This data was provided to Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin. Senator Johnson submitted a letter of inquiry to the Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on the increases in injuries recorded by the military after vaccination. Senator Johnson stated in his letter that,

“The concern is that these increases may be related to the COVID-19 vaccines that our servicemen and women have been mandated to take based on data from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), Renz reported that these whistleblowers found a significant increase in registered diagnoses on DMED for miscarriages, cancer, and many other medical conditions in 2021 compared to a five-year average from 2016-2020.”

The CDC’s VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) logs over an astounding 2,200,000 adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination, including “15,605 preliminary reports of death among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine.” Striegel notes that,

“These deaths after COVID vaccination, over a period of 18 months, are now almost THREE TIMES the number of our military personnel killed in action in Iraq and Afghanistan, over a period of 20 years!”

Aside from evidence in the FDA’s VAERS, the prestigious Lancet medical journal published study called the “Risk of infection, hospitalization, and death up to 9 months after a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine. “The study, “showed that immune function among vaccinated individuals eight (8) months after the administration of two (2) doses of COVID-19 vaccine was lower than that among the unvaccinated individuals.”

The CDC director herself stated on how ineffective the COVID-19 vaccines are at stopping infection and transmission. Additionally, Striegel notes that, “The mRNA vaccines have been restricted to people over thirty (30) years of age in several European countries due to dangerous side effects.

We know the COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, infection, and do not always prevent death. They have one of the worst side effect profiles in U.S. vaccine history. The juice is not worth the squeeze.

Who is Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth?

Christine Wormuth’s is the first female Secretary of the Army. Like many appointees, her appointment was driven more by identity politics then by her qualifications. These are the kind of people that senior uniformed personnel, promoted through merit, often disdain and don’t respect.

Wormuth had been a defense analyst for Washington based think tanks for many years. She’s one of those people who tell other people how the military should be run, even though she has no military experience.

She later volunteered to support Joe Biden’s transition team. Wormuth is driving the Army into the ground with her sheer incompetence.

Army recruiting is dismal. Wormuth is currently overseeing one of the worst Army readiness crises in the history of the all-volunteer force since its inception in 1973. Army end strength is shrinking, going from 1,010,500 to 998,500 soldiers because they can’t recruit enough qualified people.

In 2021, the Army approved a disastrous, woke advertising campaign called “The Calling,” one of which features a soldier with two moms. What does having two moms have to do with killing the enemy, grueling physical training and blowing stuff up in the Army? Nobody knows.

Media and bloggers tore the ads apart as viewers watched them out of morbid curiosity. The negative feedback on the ad campaign was so bad that the Army had to disable comments about it on their Facebook page.

Inexplicably, Wormuth still has these controversial ads up and running on social media. Apparently, she didn’t do much research the effectiveness of such controversial advertising content when she worked at defense think tanks. And people wonder why recruiting is in the tank.

Wormuth showed she was full on woke in a recent interview with “Task and Purpose.” The articles headline stated, “The Army’s reputation for sexual harassment and suicide is keeping Gen Z from joining up, Army secretary says.”

Secretary Wormuth provides no evidence to support her bold claim, but the Army, and the CDC, have known what some of the key problems are for a while.

THE RECRUITING-CRISIS MEMO

The Army just released a memo on their recruiting crisis, though some of its content is cryptic. One of the main problems is only 23% of eligible young people are eligible to serve primarily because eligible recruits are overweight, have educational deficits, or criminal records and drug use.

Add on controversial COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and you’ve just shot yourself in the foot. When recruiting is bad, the Army throws money at the problem. In fact, ROTC recruiting has gotten so bad that in 2018 the Army started offering $5000 to qualified college Sophomores to join the program.

Only a fool would drop out of college halfway through to join our new WOKE Army.

Meanwhile, the Army continues to discharge thousands of soldiers for declining the COVID-19 vaccines. Stupid and insane? Yes, it is. The National Guard and Reserves are in crisis as over 60,000 members have declined the COVID-19 and are barred from training and pay.

Our spineless military leaders won’t stand up and do what’s right

Lt. Col. Striegel points out the madness the Army’s vaccine mandate and calls out the weak Army brass who have no moral courage to stand up to the Army’s vaccine insanity. They all just roll over like lapdogs with no protest to these COVID vaccine policies that are destroying our military.

Striegel observes that Army senior leaders are, “not only blindly following orders to the potential detriment of the health of ROTC Cadets, but they also appear incompetent, as they apparently failed to do a proper mission analysis of the DA order on COVID-19 vaccination to validate its applicability to ROTC Cadets.”

The Army sent its first response to the Congressional inquiry to Senator Chuck Grassley’s office stating that, Title 10 U.S.C. § 2104 gives the Secretary concerned the authority to prescribe the procedures for selecting ROTC students to attend advanced ROTC training.”

However, this clause does not specify that the Secretary of the Army has the authority to prescribe invasive medical procedures on non-DoD employees, like Army ROTC cadets. Sen Grassley’s office and the other Iowa Congressional members, are still awaiting clarification of these broad powers the Secretary of the Army claims to have.

Striegel’s son was provided a religious exemption form to fill out and submit as desired by the University of Iowa Army ROTC cadre. The form is geared toward active duty and Ready Reserve service members, which ROTC cadets are not classified as.

Note that the Army only approved its first religious exemption in March 2022. As such, many believe the exemption forms are a joke. Some troops feel a religious purge is being conducted by the military via the vaccine mandates and more lawsuits are growing against it.

Recently, a federal judge, “blocked the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate nationwide for Air Force, Space Force and Air National Guard service members who requested religious exemptions.”

The Army started involuntary discharges for COVID vaccine refusal in February 2022. Nearly all military vaccine exemptions granted to date are medical, temporary or to those who were already leaving the military.

However, Lt. Col. Striegel describes how ludicrous the religious exemption request is his letter to Congress, and wrote “You should not need an exemption to opt out of a medical procedure, like COVID-19 vaccination, that has death as a possible adverse reaction.”

NO SPINE, NO COURAGE, NO LEADERSHIP,
JUST A BUNCH OF POLITICAL NONSENSE

The USACC Commanding General, Major General Johnny K. Davis, apparently shows no spine in fighting the ROTC vaccine mandates based on his staff’s emails to Striegel.

When the spineless major general was emailed by Striegel as to what statute authority the SEC Army has authorizing her to add non-DoD employees, like ROTC cadets, to the Army vaccination order, in typical political maneuvering, he dodged the question with boiler plate responses, replying that that USACC, “is not in a position to opine on the Army’s implementation of DoD policy.”

The major general should be immediately fired and charged with dereliction of duty.

Why would a combat veteran and Purple Heart awardee like Davis cower at protecting ROTC cadets in the prime of their health from such dangerous vaccine?

Will he continue to throw young, healthy cadets under the bus to achieve a 100% vaccination rate for his officer evaluation report just to get a third star? Where are the “no bull shit” Army leaders like Billy Mitchell and George Patton in today’s Army who called out Army stupidity in their own times?

With President Biden’s recent COVID infection and illness after four COVID vaccine injections you would think the Army brass would wake up to how ineffective the COVID vaccines really are.

Why won’t they stand up against the COVID vaccine mandates that or hurting the Army, or resign in protest? Even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Milley, and other senior military leaders got COVID infections after being injected.

Meanwhile, young, healthy service members continue to mysteriously die, most recently, two midshipmen at Annapolis. How much evidence does the military need to see the jabs are suspect, worthless and harmful?

These corrupt military and civilian leaders unfortunately have absolute power placing their careers before welfare of their troops. The Secretary of the United States Army disobeyed orders from the Secretary of Defense by arbitrarily adding non-DoD employees, like ROTC cadets, to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

They must be held accountable by Congress. Hey folks, don’t hold your breath on that one. The United States Congress surrendered their oversight duties of the military long ago. They let the military do whatever they hell they want, unless it’s their son and daughter who dies from pure stupidity. Then, watch the fur fly.

The one policy we can rely on is, “Different Spanks for Different Ranks.”
