CAIII CHRONICLES #9: COULD THIS BE THE FACE OF EVIL? SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE PERMITS LYING TO CONGRESS TO COVER-UP A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE – WHERE’S THAT SCUMBAG LAWYER WHO SOLD MAJOR ANDERSON DOWN THE RIVER?

Secretary of the Air Force Heather Wilson
Major Clarence Anderson, USAF

MAJOR UPDATE, ON MAJOR ANDERSON!

Major Clarence Anderson III (CAIII) filed a lawsuit (WRIT) against the Air Force in December 2018. All parties are believed to have officially received the suit by mid January 2019. The Air Force has 60 days from the time they were officially given notice.

In an odd twist, Secretary of the Air Force (Heather Wilson) announced her resignation at about the same time a legal response was due from the Air Force to a federal judge.

Is Major Anderson’s case connected to the Air Force Secretary’s resignation, who knows? Scuttlebutt says Secretary Wilson was next in line to be considered for Secretary of Defense. Oh well, she probably resigned for “family reasons.”

The government has to respond as to whether they lied to Congress and withheld exculpatory evidence. The Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals has decided not to get involved as to whether the Air Force lied to Congress. The Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF) wanted no part of the Anderson HOT POTATO either.

CAAF rejected Anderson’s PETITION on technicalities. Major Anderson feels his government-assigned attorney intentionally scuttled the case by submitting his petition in an incorrect format knowing that CAAF would reject it. No one wanted anything on the record that the United States Air Force lied to Congress.

We also are hearing rumors that Major Anderson’s government assigned attorney had a buddy working as Clerk of the Court for CAAF. We don’t know about the Russians, but there is a chance Anderson’s attorney was, for the lack of a better term, “colluding” with his buddy working for CAAF to sabotage Anderson’s case.

After CAAF decided to throw Major Anderson’s petition for a new trial in the shit can, Anderson then approached the Judge Advocate General in the Air Force for help, and his RESPONSE was laughable. In his response, he basically says, ‘since nobody else did anything to help you, why should I?’ Then, in typical military swamp mode, the JAG of the Air Force retired the very next day.

This my friends is how the swamp works. They will send a letter essentially saying F… YOU, then bailout as soon as possible so no one will hold them accountable. These scumbags railroaded Major Anderson into prison, then scurry like cockroaches out of the military when the harsh light of truth begins to shine. At every level, Major Anderson has been rebuffed, because the system is protecting the system and the hell with anyone who tries to challenge the system.

It’s amazing just how far the military will go to hide their own misconduct. These slime-balls railroaded a United States Air Force officer right in to prison, and then out of the service. I guess we shouldn’t be surprised at anything after what happened to Col. James E. Sabow.

The “military swamp” will do anything they can to protect themselves, up to and including, cold-blooded murder. God only knows how many sailors and officers have been tossed overboard late at night somewhere out in the middle of the ocean just because they wouldn’t go along to get along.

The United States Air Force has demonstrated just how far it will go to protect their image before Congress and the American people. The story of Major Clarence Anderson III is an extraordinary example of the incredible lengths the military will go to get Congress off their backs about their past treatment of women.

The Air Force acted under the color of law to serve up a head on a platter in order to please Congress and the MeToo Movement. Then when Congress starts to ask questions, the serve up a lie. Their attack on Major Anderson is as despicable and reprehensible as it gets.

As we were writing this post, federal agents swung into action to arrest fifty (50) people connected with William Rick Singer, who was the kingpin involved with a huge college admissions cheating scandal. If there is that much graft and corruption in the civilian sector, don’t you think our military has a problem with similar good-old-boy corruption? We only wish the DOJ had the jurisdiction to go after the ingrained corruption that MCC hears about on any given day.

We have covered this case from the beginning and will continue to cover it, because it’s such a classic example of what can happen to you in today’s politically-correct military. If you are on active duty, be afraid, be very afraid…
