Unfortunately, Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Lloyd Austin has surrounded himself with clowns in uniform. Lieutenant General Ron Clark, for example, is one of the chief “clowns” who screwed up the disappearance and hospitalization of SECDEF Lloyd Austin.
When the American people suddenly realized that no one knew where SECDEF Lloyd Austin was, they became unsettled or a bit unnerved. Having the most powerful military in the world means nothing if no one is there to bark off orders should the country suffer a sudden attack.
It’s both wise and safe to be eternally vigilant, but if you can’t find the people in charge, vigilance is adversely affected. If China could guarantee their lucrative markets with Walmart and Harbor Freight would not be affected, they would attack us tomorrow with a squadron of balloons.
People cling to the delusive image that our leaders are on the job, and know what they’re doing. Most people have a sense of peace and security when the leaders of military can be reached in a moment’s notice in case of national emergency. If they can’t be found, peace and security evaporates.
It’s the reason the President and Vice President never fly on the same aircraft. Should the President’s plane crash, there is someone to immediately assume the role of decision maker. This is why it’s important to always know where our leaders are and that no one is dropping the baton.
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is #6 in the line of succession to the White House. If President Biden walks off the wrong side of the stage and suffers a severe head contusion where he slips into a coma, cackling Kamala become President of the United States.
If Kamala suffers a stroke cackling too hard or chokes on a ham sandwich, and if Mike Johnson, Patty Murry, Antony Blinken and Janet Yellen are kidnapped by terrorists that slipped through our “secure” border, then Lloyd Austin instantly becomes President of the United States.
I can hear a judge saying, “My goodness, we have to find Lloyd so I can swear him in and get his desk items moved to the Oval Office. Put out an all-points-bulletin.”
If Lloyd can’t be found, then Merrick Garland becomes President, God help us all. He’ll ask to be addressed as, “Your Royal Wokeness.” It’s guaranteed that his first Executive Order will scare the hell out of everyone.
Obviously, the aforementioned scenario is laughable, but bad stuff happens because their are many bad actors in this world. Elected and appointed leaders of the United States have a solemn duty to not disappear for several days, regardless of the reason.
It’s pretty bad when the President of the United States and no one in the White House knows where the Defense Secretary can be found. Was he carjacked? That’s a popular sport in D.C. these days.
As long as we’re on the subject, the Presidential line of succession is as follows (according to Wikipedia)…
ORDER OF SUCCESSION
The presidential order of succession is set by the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 by President Harry S. Truman, as amended. Some of the other countries in the world with dictatorships, the order of succession usually falls to the person with the most guns who can move fast enough to take over and control the radio, television and Internet.
In America, the order consists of certain congressional officers, followed by members of the cabinet in the order of the establishment of each department, provided that each officer satisfies the constitutional requirements for serving as president.
The absence of a number in the first column in the table below indicates that the office is either vacant, or that the incumbent is ineligible to hold the Office of President. This is currently the current order of succession…
1 | Vice President | Kamala Harris | Democrat
2 | Speaker of the House of Representatives | Mike Johnson | Republican
3 | President pro tempore of the Senate | Patty Murray | Democrat
4 | Secretary of State | Antony Blinken | Democrat
5 | Secretary of the Treasury | Janet Yellen | Democrat
6 | Secretary of Defense | Lloyd Austin | Democrat
7 | Attorney General | Merrick Garland | Democrat
8 | Secretary of the Interior | Deb Haaland | Democrat
9 | Secretary of Agriculture | Tom Vilsack | Democrat
10 | Secretary of Commerce | Gina Raimondo | Democrat
11 | Secretary of Labor | Julie Su | Democrat
12 | Secretary of Health and Human Services | Xavier Becerra | Democrat
13 | Secretary of Housing and Urban Development | Marcia Fudge | Democrat
14 | Secretary of Transportation | Pete Buttigieg | Democrat
– | Secretary of Energy | Jennifer Granholm | Democrat
15 | Secretary of Education | Miguel Cardona | Democrat
16 | Secretary of Veterans Affairs | Denis McDonough | Democrat
– | Secretary of Homeland Security | Alejandro Mayorkas | Democrat |
Presidential eligibility
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets three qualifications for holding the presidency: One must be a natural-born citizen of the United States (or a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, in 1788), be at least 35 years of age and have been a resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
Presidential succession
The presidential line of succession is mentioned in four places in the Constitution:
- Article II, Section 1, Clause 6
- The 12th Amendment
- The 20th Amendment
- The 25th Amendment
When critical members of the President’s cabinet suddenly disappear, like Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, it makes people nervous. When Lloyd Austin was not only gone, but hadn’t been seen in the better part of a week, some Americans became unnerved.
If someone asks the President, ‘Sir, where is your Secretary of Defense?’ Then he replies, ‘How the hell should I know? I get lost just going to the garage,’ many Americans begin to get more than a little nervous.
Combine the shit show at the White House with the clown show at the Pentagon and you have a circus act that is hard to beat. Unfortunately, it gives people an uneasy feeling that our government is not functioning properly.
The harsh realization that our government is not protecting us looms large when SECDEF suddenly disappears, vanishing without a trace.
CLOWN #1: BRIGADIER GENERAL
DAVID E. MENDELSON
Misplacing the Secretary of Defense isn’t the only thing the Pentagon has flubbed badly. That list is a mile long, but in a current ongoing case, BG David E. Mendelson has really stepped on his…. nope, not going there, not going to say it.
Let’s just say, that Brigadier General David “Bozo” Mendelson and several other generals have been extraordinarily derelict in their duties. It’s strongly believed the several of these clown generals have a habit of criminally interfering with due process of law.
Which one of these Army clown generals called CID telling them to backoff, and to ignore pleas for help from an Air Force officer and mother of three children. How many other people have they done this to? How many other criminal Army officers have been protected by the Pentagon?
As we mentioned in a earlier article, Brigadier General David E. Mendelson commands the Army JAG Corps. Our sources say that he will resort to virtually any underhanded method to shield the Army from accountability. The little gift of putting out political fires made him a general.
Mendelson was heavily involved in the Vanessa Guillen case and was purportedly a large part of the Army’s attempt to coverup circumstances surrounding the Vanessa Guillen case. You remember Vanessa complained several times about the sexual harassment she was caused to endure.
When she finally got up the courage to file a formal complaint, the perpetrator co-worker killed her then he and his girlfriend cut up Vanessa’s body taking body parts to several locations to conceal their heinous act. And to hear the Army tell it, her workplace problems were a complete surprise.
In typical fashion, the Army circles the wagons and waits for the American people to forget about the case, then they will produce a report that carefully mitigates the Army’s culpability.
After BG Mendelson saw the video of a 1-year-old baby being slapped down by Army Captain Jose Moreno, what did he do? Don’t tell us he never saw it. Plausible deniability just won’t cut it.
Our gut tells us the generals were receiving weekly, if not daily reports on the situation because of the racial overtones involved. They have been monitoring this case from the beginning, certainly from the time that Jane Doe sent an email to SECDEF and cc’d a ton of other people.
He did what CID, and several of the lawyers at MDW (Maryland District Washington) did, they all just ignored it.
When BG Mendelson was made aware of the racist text messages between two lieutenant colonels, what did he do? Not a damn thing. If you protect a racist, then do you become a racist?
For the record, we are so tired of the race baiting industry that calls everything and nearly everyone a racist. It’s terrible the word has become so diluted to the point that when you finally have hard evidence of racism, no one believes you anymore. No one cares anymore.
MILITARY’S REAL POLICY
ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
The military’s attitude and policy about domestic violence victims ranges somewhere between complete ambivalence up to criminal neglect. Evidence of this can be found in their own words with a long string of emails and text messages.
It’s more evidence things are not running right in the Pentagon when top leaders in the Pentagon didn’t give a damn about a Black woman and her children.
They were physically, verbally and emotionally brutalized by military personnel, then became victims again when the Army and Air Force teamed up against her to make it all go away.
The child, now three, is suspected of having a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) as a direct result of the thrashing his father CPT Jose Moreno gave to him.
An MRI should have been done two years ago after CPT Jose Moreno used him as a punching bag. For some unknown reason, an MRI was not done, but the evidence of his injuries can still be detected.
SECDEF was aware of the domestic violence on Jane Doe and her children.
He received emails concerning the malfeasance of his generals and numerous other officers and chose to ignore criminal misconduct by senior Army and Air Force officers occurring in his own backyard. Yes, he’s got a lot on his plate because the despots of the world are sensing American weakness.
That does not excuse the cavalier attitude by the military that put a woman and her family through seventeen kinds of hell. All she wanted was accountability for all the officers involved and protection for her family by a psychotic piece of crapola.
Graphic video evidence of Army Captain Jose Moreno assaulting his own son wasn’t enough for the Army to take action against this truly pathetic and sadistic military officer.
We predict however, that even though the Army attempted to sneak him out the backdoor with an Honorable Discharge with a secret Board of Inquiry, Moreno’s day of reckoning will happen in the future. Hitting a child so hard to give him brain injuries is as base and vile as anything we can think of.
Video evidence of the assault wasn’t enough for the Criminal Investigative Division (CID) to immediately and thoroughly investigate several multiple incidents of criminal activity and unethical behavior.
The intentional falsification of official documents could fill a file cabinet. CID didn’t care about that either. Make no mistake, CID is a major part of this coverup and we predict they too will have a reckoning with the truth.
Big Army conspired with National Guard Bureau and the United States Air Force.
They have done everything possible to ignore the plight of Air Force officer Jane Doe and her three children who were repeatedly victimized by Army Captain Jose Moreno.
If an Army captain chokes an Air Force officer to unconsciousness, assaults her teenage daughters then slaps down a 1-year-old baby, one would think the United States Army and Air Force would intervene.
Unfortunately, they could not have cared less.
To save their generals and all the culpable officers, they will pick out a scapegoat to throw under the bus. Rumor has it, their primary scapegoat is military attorney CPT Alexis Markeson.
DISAPPEARANCE OF LLOYD AUSTIN –
CHRONICAL SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
The truth is beginning to leak out about the disappearing act Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin pulled a few weeks ago. Let’s review the timeline of Secretary of Defense’s disappearance and hospitalization:
- Dec 22, 2023, SECDEF, underwent an elective medical procedure while on leave. On the face of it, surgery involving prostate (or any) cancer would not seem to be categorized as “elective surgery.” Elective surgery is something that you can “elect” to have or not to have, like a facelift for example. Common sense would tell us that where cancer is involved, that would not be “elective” at all. But who knows? Perhaps certain kinds of surgery that involves cancer can be labeled as an elective procedure. We defer to the doctors on that point.
- Dec 23, 2023, SECDEF is discharged from the hospital.
- Jan. 1, 2024, President Biden holds a call on the volatile situation in the Middle East with Austin, Antony Blinken and Jake Sullivan.
- Jan 1, 2024, unbeknown to the President. Austin is rushed to Walter Reed Medical Center with “severe abdominal, leg and hip pain.” Initial evaluation reveals a urinary tract infection.
- Jan 2, 2024, SECDEF is admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Jan 2, 2024, Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks assumes select responsibilities.
- Jan 2, 2024, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. C.Q. Brown was notified the Secretary of Defense was in the ICU.
- Jan 2, 2024, Pentagon press secretary, Austin’s chief of staff (LTG Ron Clark) and Austin’s senior military adviser learn Austin is in the ICU of Walter Reed Medical Center.
- Jan 4, 2024, U.S. conducted an airstrike on Baghdad, which is also the day the White House finally learns of SECDEF’s hospitalization.
- Jan 4, 2024, LTG Ron Clark notifies deputy secretary of defense who is vacationing in Puerto Rico and the White House that Austin is in the ICU.
- Jan 5, 2024, Pentagon releases a public statement. Senate Armed Services Committee is informed of Austin’s hospitalization. Austin allegedly takes on full responsibilities as SECDEF from his hospital bed in Walter Reed.
- Jan 6, 2024, SECDEF releases his own statement taking responsibility for the delayed disclosure. Biden says he has full confidence in Austin.
- Jan 8, 2024, Austin is released from the ICU recovering in a private area of Walter Reed Medical Center.
- Jan 9, 2024, American people learn from a Pentagon statement issued from Walter Reed Medical Center disclosing that the procedure Austin had undergone was a prostatectomy “to treat and cure prostate cancer.”
CLOWN #2: LIEUTENANT GENERAL RON CLARK
Who was behind the botched disclosure of SECDEF’S hospital stay? Our sources tell us, it was none other than Lieutenant General (LTG) Ronald Clark who is the chief of staff and senior military assistant to SECDEF Lloyd Austin.
Clark purportedly told SECDEF not to worry about anything, that he would take care of everything for him.
It was reminiscent of General Alexander Haig famous statement to the press forty-three (43) years ago.
Those of us old enough to remember; following the March 30, 1981, assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, Alexander Haig told reporters, “I am in control here.”
Al Haig indicated to clamoring reporters that, even though President Reagan had not ‘transferred the helm,’ that he was in command directing the White House crisis management team.
Sources tell us that Lieutenant General Ron Clark did what he always does best, effected a cover-up of SECDEF’s condition and whereabouts. One of his first actions was to contact the person who is next in line to take over as SECDEF in case of sudden death or incapacitation, the Deputy Secretary of Defense
She was on vacation in Puerto Rico at the time SECDEF was rushed to the hospital, allegedly with an infection, or so we have been told.
No doubt, LTG Clark told her not to worry, that everything was fine and that she might as well stay down in Puerto Rico and finish her vacation, ‘nothing to worry about. Go back down to the beach and have another Piña colada, I got this.’
LTG Clark as some of our readers might remember, was in charge at a military installation in Hawaii and was suspected of all sorts of skullduggery and malfeasance.
Instead of firing then Major General Ron Clark, the Army in their infinite wisdom, decided to promote this flag-ranking dirtball and Lloyd Austin made the mistake of giving him a job in an office right near his. All we can say is, “Keep your eye on the silverware.”
THE UNETHICAL TREE THAT SPAWNS
ALL SORTS OF POOR LEADERSHIP AND MALFEASANCE
One of our readers alerts us to remember the issues that occurred a few years ago in Hawaii’s 25th Infantry Division? The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate assisting then, Major General Ron Clark with “cleaning up” (hiding) messes? His coverups were so effective in Hawaii that MG Ron Clark was given another star and sent to be the Chief of Staff for the Secretary of Defense.
The Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) at the time was COL Terri Erisman, who was rewarded for her “loyalty” to the command (not the Constitution), with an assignment as the Executive Officer (XO) to The Judge Advocate General (TJAG), i.e., she became the gatekeeper to the three-star general leading the Corps. She later wrote an article called “Managing Complex Investigations” for the Army’s professional legal journal and gave a presentation on the same at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School – her article was basically a “how-to” guide for judge advocates on how to “shape” (manipulate) administrative investigations (that are supposed to be fair and impartial, by the way) to create the desired result the command needs.
In other words, it was an article on the fine art of cover ups and obfuscations to protect the command or individuals within the command.
The Deputy Staff Judge Advocate (DSJA) at the time was Colonel Kristi Radio, who was Erisman’s protégé and eager righthand person. Together, they demoralized their subordinates by demanding blind compliance with their ethically-challenged and dubious standards of conduct. COL Radio ( sounds funny to even say it) enjoyed a similar rise in rank and position and is now the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) for the 1st Armored Division at Ft. Bliss. For a while now, there have been reports of her creating a toxic work culture within her office: chronically berating subordinates, second-guessing their decisions (a form of micro mismanagement), and working them late into the night for no apparent reason but pure harassment.
May we quote Gomer Pyle? “Surprise, Surprise:” Colonel Radio is now implicated in an ethical scandal of her own. The National Institute of Military Justice’s CAAFLOG recently broke the news: https://www.nimj.org/caaflog/the-next-uci-scandal#/ The unethical tree growing in Hawaii continues to bear poisonous fruit which is being promoted and sent to various commands throughout the Army to infect those units. It’s no wonder no one but illegal aliens want to join the United States Army.
Sadly, the cadets at West Point have no clue as to what they will be walking in to upon graduation.
IT’S A BAD TIME TO SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR
WHILE AMERICA IS AT WAR!
Oh pshaw!; many people may say. Someone will shout from the back of the room, we are not at war. Only Congress can declare war. Besides, it was just a few little drones sent to harass our war ships and to potentially damage big cargo ships traversing the international shipping lanes.
America and the UK recently conducted major air strikes against the Houthis’ on a nightly basis.
Isn’t that the way it always starts? In Vietnam did someone say, ‘it was just a few “advisors” that were killed. We are not at war!’
It begs the question, at what point do repeated attacks morph into a war? The short answer is if your neighbors child is killed, that’s no war, but if your child is killed, then it’s a real shooting war.
What are political talking heads going to say if the Houthis’ get in a lucky shot and sink or badly damages one of our ships. Is America at war then?
This is why it’s absolutely critical that the American people know their Defense Department is fully accounted for and always on the job. The Department of Defense should never be without leadership during times of heightened alerts and military engagements.
Military engagements can quickly elevate to the level of a national emergency.
During a major dust up, people should not say, “Where is SECDEF?” And, we certainly should not hear the response, “no one knows, but we are looking for him diligently.”
No one is ever held accountable anymore. LTG Ron Clark needs to be immediately removed for his position, and we would add, he should be busted down to private last class for all the coverups he has orchestrated during his career.
Lloyd Austin needs to be careful of the clowns who have been entrusted with power at the Pentagon. They are not serving him well, nor are they serving their respective branch of service well either.
Mr. Secretary, get rid of the clowns and coverup artists. Install actual leaders who believe in and practice personal integrity. And, as a side note, if a Black female Air Force officer is being victimized by the Air Force, Army and National Guard Bureau, there needs to be a major house cleaning in the Pentagon.
The chronic inclination within the American military to conduct coverups needs to end. We won’t hold our breath… but they still need to end.
Below is the video the entire chain of command saw and then took no action. At publication of this article, it’s been over 1.5 years and no charges have been filed and no court martial has been convened for Army Captain Jose Luis Moreno.
In order to find the truth, you first have to WANT to find the truth. Instead of aggressively seeking the truth, overt actions are taken to provide Pentagon generals the thing the covet the most, plausible deniability. Lack of personal integrity is the core of the problem which makes them all appear to be clowns in uniform.
VIDEO EVIDENCE THE ARMY DOESN’T
WANT YOU TO SEE
Here’s the video the Army does not want anyone to see. An Army captain slapping down his 1-year-old baby. Now the child has been clinically diagnosed as sustaining a traumatic brain injury (TBI) which is believed to have resulted from the beatings he took from his father.
The Army is still trying to figure out a way to get the Army captain out of the service with an Honorable Discharge.
